Rethinking Infrastructure Efficiency
Efficiency work was split across three tools and multiple entry points. I mapped the full journey, narrowed the first delivery boundary, and designed one modular experience that prioritized work by role and current context.

Rebuilding Trust in Infrastructure Capacity
Capacity planners saw numbers but not whether they were safe to act on. I reframed a data-quality project around task-specific decision confidence, designed rules-based trust signals across scan and investigation flows, and explored an AI-assisted recommendation for a high-stakes transfer.

Creating a Social Phenomenon in HealthTech
A consumer prenatal genetics product that had to communicate inherent uncertainty honestly. Trait results were designed as visual predictions rather than certainties, preventing misinterpretation of probabilistic health data.

Dispensary Admin Platform
Cannabis dispensary operators couldn't find what they needed in the platform they ran their business on. A research-driven IA redesign (grounded in card sorting, stakeholder workshops, and field research at real dispensaries) restructured how operators navigate a feature-rich B2B platform serving stores from solo owners to 20-location chains.
Background
I'm a product designer who helps teams find the problem behind the problem.
The stated problem is often a symptom of something deeper. A brief to consolidate three infrastructure tools became a personalization challenge. A data quality initiative became a trust problem. I've found that getting the reframe right is often the most important thing a designer can do.
